The Wine
In 2006 Packwood’s little vineyard was established, fueled by passion or possibly madness, the vines are planted 330 metres above sea level at the top of the farm. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir cultivars produce unique wines and bubbly. The vineyard is nurtured with lots of TLC, sustainable practices are promoted as much as possible such as rain harvesting to ensure we complete our annual spray programs without turning on a tap, natural fertilisers, bio dynamic management and a wealth of farming knowledge going back 5 generations has given us the skills we need to ensure we have a symbiotic relationship with the vineyard.
