Combining traditional techniques with modern innovation, working with older oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to ensure our wines capture an authentic flavor profile. The vineyard is embraced by our working country estate which has huge diversity and microclimate. As a boutique winery, we proudly offer a diverse array of wines to cater to a range of tastes. Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Experience these distinctive flavours from our vineyard in Plettenberg Bay, this cool climate perennial favourite delivers herbaceous flavours with a balanced acidity. A lengthy cold fermentation helped to bring out the tropical flavours of guava, passionfruit and a hint of lime. An easy drinking Moorish wine to enjoy on its own as nature intended, or pair with your favourite seafood and pasta.

Pinot Noir 2019
This cool climate cultivar, known as the Prince of grapes, is the most trickiest of cultivars to grow but also the most satisfying and versatile when you can get it into the bottle, matured in french oak for 9 months, very fruity on the nose with lots of black cherries and fresh red fruit on the palette, an honest and earthy wine with a kiss of spice. Only 4000 bottles of this handcrafted wine were produced. Pair with all culinary delights.

Chardonnay 2018
A light and refreshing Chardonnay with a lively palate delivering a smooth mouth feel of sweet citrus zest and unmistakable Chardonnay tones. Natural crisp acidity with a dry finish, a very moreish wine which can be paired with many culinary delights. Matured in older French oak for up to 9 months.

Blanc de Noir 2018 – Awarded Womens Wine Award Gold
A classic dry french “Blanc de noir” style made from the noble grape Pinot noir. Harvested at the beginning of Autumn, whole bunch pressed, fermented and matured in french oak for 8 months.
Aromas of stone fruit and quince make this versatile grape an ideal wine to pair with alll culinary delights. Only 2500 bottles produced .

Gent Brut Method Cap Classique – Non Vintage
This bubbly as all the others before is hand made in the traditional french way. Barrel matured for 12 months and a further 12 months on the the lees, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot noir, hand selected at the beginning of Autumn, a bright and refreshingly crisp bubbly with a good mousse and a dry finish.

This Sauvignon has shown great age potential, well balanced acids make for longevity for the wine, gentle working of the grapes and allowing the wine to ferment slowly helps to release the full potential. This wine is full of flavour, well rounded, aromatic and extremely moorish, only 3000 made.

The second release of the Gent bubbly, method champenois, a blend of Pinot noir and Chardonnay, a very fruity nose with a full mouth feel, delicate pink salmon colour with an off dry finish despite the higher residual sugar. This bubbly was excellent for a cocktail, aperitif or after dinner drink.

Our wine history
2009
Our maiden vintage Sauvignon Blanc a nose of gooseberry and asparagus, a beautiful mouth feel, full bodied and a lasting taste. Jean-Pierre Rossouw (of Rossouw’s Restaurant Guidefame) gives the thumbs up, saying: “A very pure wine, with a lovely bright nose of tropical fruit and some lively grassy notes – classic Sauvignon in expression.
On the palate it is medium in weight and fresh, with very good fruit expression.
All in all a great debut!”
2012
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay harvested and blended together for an MCC. This delicious
bubbly delivers a very full mouth feel, fruity on the nose with a lasting and off dry finish. It received a silver award from the IWSC London and a double gold fro Vitis Vinifera.
Sauvignon Blanc a tropical nose, pawpaw and ripe melon, and a long lasting finish. Awarded silver at the Michaelangelo international wine awards 2013, bronze at the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2013, and a gold at the Vitis Vinifera awards, 4 star rating from the Platter Guide.

Our first still Pinot noir, harvested in March 2013, whole bunch pressed and matured in French oak, this burgundy style Pinot delivers a clean bright colour with blackcurrant, cherry and fresh red fruits dancing on the palette, an earthy wine with a kiss of spice. We were awarded a bronze from IWSC in London and a trophy award at Vitis Vinifera.
Sauvignon blanc, Pair this deliciously zesty Sauvignon blanc with seafood, pasta and salads or enjoy it on its own and savour the elusive and lingering white peach that dominates the tropical notes with a long and lasting finish.
Chardonnay, an elegant wine naturally fermented and matured for 5 months in old french oak, rich and silky smooth, a zest of lime sweet green melon and a hint of ginger, long and lasting finish. This wine received a gold at the Vitis Vinifera awards.
2015
Sauvignon Blanc awarded the IWSC Silver Medal – A very refreshing mouth feel, an exotic tropical & fruity nose with flinty minerality, green asparagus and dry white peach on the palette. A long and lasting finish. This wine can be savoured immediately or laid down for a couple of years,
Rosé – Barrelled for 5 months in French and American oak, clean and bright opal gemstone in colour, dry white peach and nutty on the palette, this wine will pair beautifully with all culinary delights, but in particular with smoked produce.
