Welcome to the Wine O’Clock show!
We will be filming from different locations from Packwood over the next few weeks and answering some commonly asked questions about wine and the winemaking process.
Today Solly, our wine expert, is working on some of the barrels to ensure longevity of the wines.
This ensures the wines stay healthy and at optimum levels, particularly as we are unable to bottle during lockdown. In the same way we take vitamins to maintain our health wine needs the same tender loving care.
Working with older barrels means we dont have high levels of oak flavour in our wine.
